"Controller order went missing..."
I ordered a controller but didn’t get an estimated delivery date. When I shot off an email to ask about it, I got a speedy reply that was super helpful and packed with info. The controller showed up a few days after that, and I gotta say, it’s good quality and nicely made! :)

"Absolutely love the controller I got"
I gotta say, the controller I got is just fantastic! It looks and feels just right. I had a tiny hiccup wondering if it was on its way, but I shot them an email and they got back to me in less than an hour to sort it out.

"Custom Gold Controller I Ordered..."
I placed an order for a gold controller made just for me the day after Christmas, and they said it would be delivered. It showed up in just 2 days. My son was over the moon! Couldn't ask for better service.
